We have stayed in many high end vacation rentals throughout California. This is by far one of the best! The location is perfect - walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Calabasas Farmer's Market - and right down the street from the 101 freeway. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The house has great curb appeal - very modern and upscale. But the best part - the interior! The owners did an excellent job renovating the house - everything is new, high end, comfortable and clean. The interior is modern but warm - a perfect combination. The sofas in the living room and master bedroom suite are very comfortable for curling up and watching TV. The kitchen is new and stocked with everything you could want - even for a long-term stay. And the bathrooms are very modern with high end, quality fixtures. Finally, the back yard oasis was a perfect place to start and end the day. The furniture is comfortable and the pool is beautiful, very clear and sparkling clean.

This place checked every box for a family stay in LA. The kids went straight for the pool and toys, and the adults immediately appreciated the beautiful design and calm, private backyard. It felt like a perfect balance of “wow” and “comfortable,” which isn’t easy to find. Our host, Rob was fantastic! He was always quick to respond, proactive, and clearly experienced, which made the entire stay stress-free. We left with great memories (and kids asking when we’re coming back), and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Rob was an amazing host — extremely responsive, flexible and communicative of anything we needed before and during our stay. The home was STUNNING. Literally so dreamy and had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy and overall such a cozy space that made us feel right at home.
The location was close to many restaurants and easy access to the freeway while it also felt private, peaceful and tranquil. The perfect combo.
10/10. Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Book now. We stayed three nights and I’m already thinking about my next trip back. Rob truly deserves Superhost status. Our group changed from four guests to three, and he consistently checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable, even with us traveling with a pet. We arrived later than expected, but the moment we walked in, the space felt intentional and welcoming. I chose this place because of the photos, and seeing it in person exceeded my expectations. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We visited SoFi Stadium, Universal, Malibu, and Disneyland, and every night it felt like coming home. We were able to do laundry with detergent provided, make breakfast and coffee at home, and even enjoyed the surprise of a wine fridge. There was plenty of space to fully unpack and settle in. With groceries and shopping nearby, it was hard to want to leave. As a homebody, this was the perfect home away from home, and I would absolutely stay here again.
